An in stock item is stored at our central warehouse and will be shipped as soon as possible.

PRE ORDER ITEMS
Pre-order means that we have ordered it from the manufacturer but is has not reach our warehouse yet. The delivery times may vary but you are always welcome to contact us at US@dustydeco.com to receive an estimated delivery time.

 

SHIPPING ALTERNATIVES


Scandinavia & EU: We offer Free Shipping on all Swedish orders and on Rugs, Objects and Light within EU countries. Orders shipped outside the European Union (EU) will be subject to custom related fees, import VAT, customs duties and handling or clearance fees, as determined by your country’s regulations. These charges are payable by the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We ship curbside and to nearest gate or driveway, other options are available for a cost. E-mail us at US@dustydeco.com for any special needs or if you wish to get a shipping quote. 


USA: We offer free shipping within US. We ship curbside and or to threshold, other options are available for a cost. E-mail US@dustydeco.com for any special needs or if you wish to get a shipping quote. 


Rest of the world: At the moment we are unable to receive online orders from the rest of the world. If you are interested in placing an order please contact our support team: us@dustydeco.com.


EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges. Dusty Deco do not stand for the exchange shipping cost.


HOW CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?

Contact support@dustydeco.com before your return your item. Dusty Deco do not stand for the exchange or return shipping cost.

To RETURN item please follow these procedures;

1. Email US@dustydeco.com to let us know about your return. Provide us with your order number and reason for return.

2. Pack the item back in its original packaging with labels. Print or mark your package with your RETURN NUMBER (provided by Dusty Deco support team).

3. Send it back or drop off the item at our warehouse. Let us know the tracking number if the item will be shipped back.

RETURNS

If you bought a good or a service online or outside our store (by telephone, mail order, from a door-to-door salesperson), you also have the right to cancel (before being shipped) and return your order within 30 days, for any reason and with no justification. Item must be returned in same condition and in original packaging as when received. Dusty Deco do not stand for the return shipping cost. For custom made furniture and rugs (made to order) you have two days to regret your purchase before our production starts. Unfortunately, after the production is running, there is no opportunity to cancel your purchase.
